The snow’s been falling, the lights are twinkling, the restaurants are overflowing, and the Christmas TV adverts are in full swing. For the Trickbox team this can only mean one thing: it’s nearly novelty PJs and Christmas film time, yay! To celebrate we thought we’d crack open the selection box and share our fave films with you.
Paddington 2
You’d have to have been living in a very small box not to have noticed that Paddington Bear is back in town. If you haven’t seen the new film then get yourselves a ticket and take some tissues. You’d have to have a heart of stone not to shed a little tear. Those eyes!
Love Actually
It’s an absolute Christmas/chick flick classic. Romance, laughter, tears and Bill Nighy, what’s not to love? I feel it in my fingers, I feel it in my toes…?
The Grinch
Who doesn’t love a Dr Seuss story? If you like crazy sets and make-up, a moral and a happy ending, then make sure you check out this Christmas Jim Carey classic.
The Sound of Music
We’ve probably seen this at least 20 times but it never gets old and makes us feel all warm and fuzzy.
White Christmas
One of the all-time Christmas movie crackers. White Christmas takes us back to a golden age when Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye were the stars of the silver screen.
Star Wars
Old ones, new ones, we don’t care. At Trickbox HQ we love a Star Wars movie. Cue light sabre noises and dodgy Dath Vader voice: “I am your Father”
